How it works
You receive an outreach email
A recruiter using PlacementFlow sends you a personalised recruitment email. It contains a unique reference code and this phone number.
You text your reference code
Text your code to +1 320-372-7204 at any time. This is your opt-in — you initiate the conversation, we never contact you first.
We send you a screening link
You receive a personalised link to complete a short job-fit questionnaire on our website, or in some cases an AI-guided in-chat screening. It typically takes 5–10 minutes.
Your responses go to the recruiter
The recruiter reviews your answers and contacts you if there's a good match.

Message types: Automated replies to your inbound reference code — personalised screening links, error messages if the code is not recognised, and status updates during the screening flow
Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per screening session. We only send messages in direct response to your texts.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Data sharing: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. SMS consent is specific to text messaging and is separate from any email communications.

Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive a reference code — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder for the recruitment email. If you still can't find it, contact the recruiter who reached out to you directly.
Will you text me again after screening is complete?
No. This is a single-session screening tool. Once you complete or decline the screening, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you initiate a new conversation.
Is my screening data private?
Your responses are shared only with the recruitment agency using PlacementFlow on whose behalf you were contacted. Your mobile number is never sold or shared with third parties.
I want my data deleted.
Email hello@placementflow.com with the subject 'Data deletion request' and include your phone number. We will delete your data within 30 days.
