Why I built this
I watched specialist agencies lose hours every week chasing client feedback and juggling three separate tools (Lemlist, Calendly, an AI meeting recording tool), with manual coordination on top. The problem wasn't the recruiters. It was the stack.
PlacementFlow puts that work in one place, with an AI assistant working alongside each recruiter. It finds candidates and client prospects, sends the first email and the follow-up, screens candidates in a text chat, books interviews, summarises the calls and chases client feedback while your recruiter works. It is $2,500 a month per desk, and every recruiter gets their own.
