The trial activates the first time you do something operational, such as:
- Launching a sourcing campaign
- Submitting a candidate to a client
- Scheduling an interview
- Approving outreach to a sourced candidate or BD prospect
- Creating a live AI desk with a connected mailbox
What doesn't start it: signing up, verifying your email, exploring the pre-populated demo desk, connecting a mailbox, or reading around the app. Take your time on setup — it's free.
Once started, the trial runs 30 calendar days. Activation happens exactly once, and you'll see your remaining days in the app.
Everything. There is no sandbox, no demo mode, no feature limits during the trial: live sourcing campaigns, conversational AI screening, the Playground, interview scheduling and AI call analysis, submissions, the client portal, offers, and placements. The desk you run in your trial is the same desk you'd pay for.
If you haven't subscribed when the trial ends:
- Automations pause. Campaigns, sequences, and AI actions stop — nothing keeps sending on your behalf.
- Your data is safe. Candidates, clients, briefs, conversations, analytics — everything stays exactly where you left it.
- Subscribing resumes the desk. Pick up where you paused, with your pipeline intact.
You'll get reminder emails at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, and on the final day, so day 30 is never a surprise.

- Volume discounts apply automatically: pricing is graduated, so each additional desk costs less than the one before.
- Cancel anytime. There's no notice period or exit negotiation.
Your data is yours:
- Before cancelling, export your complete candidate database, placement history, and analytics as CSV from the data-exports area.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted in accordance with the data retention policy.

- Does the demo desk count against anything? No. It's isolated sample data and never touches your trial or your analytics.
- Can the trial start without me noticing? Only real, deliberate actions start it — the kind you'd take when you're genuinely testing the product on real work.
- I subscribed mid-trial — do I lose the remaining days? Subscribing simply moves you to normal billing; there's nothing else to configure.
