The Revenue Analytics dashboard gives you a financial view of your recruitment operation -- how much you have billed, what is in the pipeline, and which clients and recruiters drive the most value.
Go to Analytics -> Revenue from the main navigation. The dashboard is available to all agency users, with data scoped to your agency.
Use the date range selector at the top to control the time window:
| Option | Period |
|---|---|
| 30 days | Last 30 days |
| 90 days | Last 90 days (default) |
| 12 months | Last 12 calendar months |
| All time | Every placement on record |
All metrics, charts, and breakdowns update when you change the range.

Same breakdown by recruiter, so you can track individual performance:

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Placement confirmed, invoice not yet generated |
| Invoiced | Invoice sent to client |
| Paid | Payment received |
| Overdue | Past due date |
Each status shows a count and total value, giving you a clear picture of your cash flow position.
