A successful placement is the best moment to earn the next one. The growth loop turns each placement into three well-timed relationship touches — a testimonial ask, a referral ask, and a next-hire nudge — each AI-drafted, human-approved, and sent from your own mailbox. Nothing ever auto-sends.

Timing matters: the testimonial ask lands while the win is fresh, the referral ask lands once the candidate is settled and happy, and the next-hire nudge waits until the placement has proven itself.
Touches are only proposed for healthy placements — if a placement has early-warning signals or has been terminated, no ask is generated.
This is a hard rule, not a default. Every growth-loop email requires a human to review and click send. Suppression and unsubscribe lists are honoured like any other email from your mailbox. If you do nothing, nothing is sent.
The referral ask goes to your placed candidate — someone you know and have a relationship with. When they refer a person, that referee's details land in Growth → Referrals as a lead for you to contact:
This isn't caution for its own sake — automated "tell-a-friend" emails to people who never opted in are a genuine GDPR liability, and platforms have been ruled against for exactly this. PlacementFlow structures the flow so you can run referrals without that exposure.
The testimonial ask links your client to a short magic-link form — no login needed. Submitted testimonials appear in Growth → Testimonials for your review, with an explicit publish-consent step before a testimonial is used anywhere. They're yours, collected under your brand.
