When an interview goes well, PlacementFlow carries you from "we should make an offer" to a recorded placement with an invoice — with the AI pre-filling the paperwork and you making every decision that involves money.
When the AI's interview analysis lands on a strong hire, the interview detail page shows an AI Recommendation: Proceed to Offer card.
The offer is created as a draft. You send it from the role's Offers page, where the full negotiation timeline lives. You can also create an offer manually at any time — the AI prompt is a shortcut, not a gate.
The candidate gets a secure, personal offer page where they can Accept, Decline, or propose a Counter-Offer:
If the candidate proposes different terms, counter-offers always go to a human — the AI never negotiates money. You're notified immediately, the counter is added to the negotiation timeline, and the decision is yours.
The AI helps you prepare: it can draft a suggested response using the role's salary band, the client's budget ceiling, and what the candidate said in interviews — but it never sends anything. Negotiation rounds are capped at three, so back-and-forth can't spiral silently.
The moment a candidate accepts:
If any downstream step hiccups, a reconciliation process retries it — acceptances don't get lost.
Once an offer is accepted, the E-Signature card on the interview detail page activates. Click Send for E-sign to send the offer documents through PandaDoc; the card tracks Awaiting Signature → Signed status live, with resend and void controls. Set up PandaDoc under Settings → Integrations.
