In this video you'll stop everything PlacementFlow sends for you, in one click, and start it again.
Open Settings, then Agency Settings, and find the AI Actions Kill Switch. It reads Automations running.
Click Pause all AI actions. It takes effect at once: AI actions paused — no outbound emails will be sent.
Sourcing emails, outreach to new clients and scheduled emails all stop, and any campaign that was sending is paused too.
You can still work as normal: open records, add notes, manage your interviews.
When you're ready, click Resume AI actions. Your automations start again straight away. Your campaigns don't: they stay paused until you restart each one yourself, from Campaigns. Pausing is instant. Resuming is deliberate.

The kill switch is one button that pauses all AI actions immediately (no outreach, no follow-ups, no automated replies) until you resume them. It's your emergency stop, and it's always available.
The effect is immediate. The card turns red, reads Automations paused, and confirms: "Your kill switch is engaged. No outreach emails will be sent until you resume." It also says how many cold campaigns it paused.
If any cold campaign can't be paused (for example, the managed infrastructure is briefly unreachable), the UI tells you explicitly — with a count of campaigns that may still be sending and a Retry button. You are never shown a clean "paused" state that isn't true.
The kill switch stops the AI acting on your behalf. It does not lock you out:
Click Resume AI actions on the same card. PlacementFlow-side automation resumes immediately.
One deliberate exception: cold campaigns do not auto-resume. The card tells you how many are still paused, and you restart each one from Campaigns in the sidebar. This is intentional — after an emergency stop, you should consciously decide which cold outreach goes back out, not have everything blast off at once.
There's no penalty for using it. Pausing doesn't delete anything — your campaigns, sequences, and data are all intact, ready for you to resume when you're confident.
