E-signatures remove the back-and-forth of offer letters. PlacementFlow integrates with PandaDoc so you can send offers for signature directly from the platform, and automatically progress the placement when the candidate signs.
Without e-signatures, the offer acceptance flow looks like this: you email a PDF, the candidate prints it, signs it, scans it, and emails it back. That process takes days and creates drop-off risk.
With PandaDoc connected, the candidate receives a professional signing link, signs on any device in under a minute, and PlacementFlow knows immediately.
PlacementFlow verifies the connection by making a test API call. If successful, you will see a green "Connected" status.
Once an offer is created on an interview record:
You can track the document status directly from PlacementFlow -- no need to check PandaDoc separately.
The candidate receives a branded email with a "Review and Sign" button. Clicking it opens the PandaDoc signing experience:
The candidate signs, and PandaDoc notifies PlacementFlow via webhook.
When the candidate completes signing:
No manual steps required. The signed document is stored in PandaDoc and referenced from the placement record.
If the candidate declines or lets the document expire:
Counter offers always route to a human -- PlacementFlow never auto-responds to counter offers.
From the offer detail page, you can see:
