PlacementFlow connects to the tools your desk already runs on. This page is the honest one-stop map: what's fully supported today, what's coming, and where each integration lives. Everything below is managed from Settings → Integrations unless noted.

Your connected mailbox sends all warm email (submissions, follow-ups, client chases) so it comes genuinely from you. Calendar is required, not optional — interview scheduling, conflict detection, calendar-event creation, and reschedule handling all depend on it. There is no IMAP/SMTP option; connections are OAuth only. Details: Calendar Sync.
Cold outreach is different by design: it sends from dedicated sending domains PlacementFlow provisions and manages — separate from your own domain, so cold volume never touches your domain's reputation.

A recording bot can join your video interviews (consent-gated), producing a transcript and an AI analysis — verdict, evidence, and suggested next steps. Enable it per interview or by default in settings. See Interview Recording and AI Analysis.
Send accepted offers for e-signature via PandaDoc, straight from the interview detail page, with live signed/awaiting status. See PandaDoc E-Signatures.
Placement invoices are generated automatically (numbering, VAT, PDF). Connect Xero to push invoices across and sync payment status back, so your books and your placement records agree.

Candidate screening over WhatsApp runs on a PlacementFlow-managed number — there's nothing to connect or verify on your side. Conversations appear in your Conversations inbox with full takeover control.
If an ATS integration matters to your evaluation, plan around Zapier now — we'd rather you know that than discover it later.
For anything custom, PlacementFlow exposes a full REST API (API keys are created under Settings → Integrations → API Keys; new keys default to read-only) and signed webhooks — 26 event types covering candidates, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements, each delivery HMAC-signed so your systems can verify authenticity, with automatic retries and a delivery audit log.
